It’s official! The last beam is in place. Bridge has been ‘topped out’—the industry term for when the uppermost beam has been laid and the building has reached its full height.

For us, this moment was particularly poignant, because it did not come easily. The talented architects at GLUCK+ and the Brown|Hill Development team have been working on designs and approvals for years. And it shows.

The building is dramatic. Instead of standing parallel to the street, it guides the eye gently upward from the historic buildings of old city upward, across the sleek angles of Bridge, and into the industrial features of the big blue Bridge behind.

This was a major construction milestone. So naturally, we took a group picture from the rooftop to celebrate.
