The application process at Bridge on Race is straightforward:

1. Each applicant completes a VERO income and identity verification application
2. All applicants aged 18 and older must provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or state-issued ID)
3. Proof of income is required through one of the following:
   • Direct link to your employer (if available)
   • Three recent consecutive pay stubs
   • Two recent consecutive bank statements
   • Offer letter for a new job
4. Process Fee: $50 per applicant (non-refundable, due at application submission)
5. There is no separate application fee

Bridge on Race offers lease terms typically ranging from 12 to 16 months. Short-term leases are not currently available. Some leasing specials are available for new leases within this range, such as free months on select apartments.

No, Bridge on Race does not offer furnished apartments. All apartments are unfurnished.

The amenity fee is $550, charged annually at move-in (optional). This fee gives you access to all community amenities listed above, including the landscaped terrace, rooftop lounge, fitness center, coworking lounge, pet wash station, 24/7 concierge support, controlled access, secure package lockers, EV charging stations, bike storage, and on-site management.

HVAC, electric and water are billed monthly based on usage.

Yes, lower-level garage parking is available.

Yes, Bridge on Race is a pet-friendly community. We allow up to two pets per household.

Pet fees:

• Monthly pet fee: $45 per pet
• One-time pet fee: $500 per pet

Bridge on Race is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted in the building.
