Our leasing process begins when you select your preferred floorplan and apply with a $75 fee and $200 refundable deposit. Bridge on Race offers leases ranging from 6 months to 14 months long.
Security Deposit
Bridge has a $500 security deposit for all apartments, with refund information fully detailed in your lease.
Amenity Fee
A $550 amenity fee is due at move-in, with renewing residents paying just $37/month. This fee supports access to our thoughtfully designed spaces and resident services for wellness, work, and everyday comfort.
Garage Parking and City Tax
Secure lower-level parking is available for $415/month plus $90/month city parking tax. Nearby public parking options are also easily accessible.

Our Pet Policies
We love your four-legged friends! Bridge is pet-friendly and includes a fully-equipped pet grooming room.
Pet Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per pet is required, with a limit of 2 pets per residence.
Pet Rent
Your monthly invoice will reflect a $45 pet fee for each of your furry friends.
Breed Restrictions
